After the presentation, it was party time!  Jessica greeted her guests, signed autographs, took tons of photos, and made her way towards the cake!

Jillian asked for the biggest slice of cake...the Jess said "be careful what you wish for lil' sis."  Check out the piece she cut for her...I think it is as big as Jillians head :)

Everyone sang Happy Birthday and then Jess  blew out the candles on her cake...one guess what she wished for!

March 15, 2007 - Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center

The beautiful lobby of the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center played host to our Miss USA sendoff party for our Miss Florida USA 2008, Jessica Rafalowski!!!  Around 60 people attended the event to wish Jessica Good Luck at Miss USA and Happy Birthday. 

The event started with Jessica, accompanied by her amazing parents, making an entrance down the grand staircase.  She then thanked the crowd, her sponsors, parents, friends, and sister titleholders.

At that time I introduced Mayor Fred Costello who is a great friend of our organization and also a personal sponsor of Jessica's.  Mayor Costello presented Jessica with a proclamation from the city of Ormond Beach...March 16, 2008 (Jessica's 22nd Birthday) is proclaimed Jessica Rafalowski day!!!  Jessica was completely shocked and wonderfully happy; and for once I kept a secret :)
